Manex AI GmbH in Munich is seeking a Founders Associate for People & Talent to drive our hiring and employer branding. You will own recruiting end-to-end, run events to raise our profile in Germany, and scale our people operations as we grow. You’ll work directly with the founders on cross-functional projects and help shape how the world sees Manex.

The role requires business-fluent German and English, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving startup.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Founders Associate for People & Talent, you'll own the growth of our team, working directly with the founders. You'll find and win the people who will build Manex, run events that put us on the map in Germany, and shape how the world sees us, from our website to LinkedIn. As a small, fast-moving team, we'll also count on you to step in wherever you're needed and take on projects beyond your core scope.
