Manex AI GmbH is seeking a Founders Associate for People & Talent to drive team growth, partner directly with the founders, and shape how we recruit and market ourselves in Germany.

You will own end-to-end recruiting, plan events, and elevate our employer brand across LinkedIn and our website, while handling wider projects as the team scales.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Founders Associate for People & Talent, you'll own the growth of our team, working directly with the founders. You'll find and win the people who will build Manex, run events that put us on the map in Germany, and shape how the world sees us, from our website to LinkedIn. As a small, fast-moving team, we'll also count on you to step in wherever you're needed and take on projects beyond your core scope.

• Talent acquisition: Proactively identify and approach outstanding candidates across LinkedIn, universities, communities and our network, and turn first conversations into hires

YOUR ROLE

• Own recruiting end-to-end in close coordination with all founders

• Scale our internal operations by documenting and automating core processes

• Strengthen culture and communication, establish team rituals, and sharpen our employer brand

• Advance compliance topics, public funding initiatives and marketing
