Manex AI in Germany is seeking a Founders Associate for People & Talent to grow our team and support the founders directly. You will recruit top talent, organize events, and shape how the world sees Manex—from our website to LinkedIn.

As a small, fast-moving team, you’ll take on cross-functional projects beyond your core scope. You’ll own recruiting end-to-end, help document core processes, strengthen culture, and tackle compliance and marketing initiatives while scaling the company with energy

As Founders Associate for People & Talent, you'll own the growth of our team, working directly with the founders. You'll find and win the people who will build Manex, run events that put us on the map in Germany, and shape how the world sees us, from our website to LinkedIn. As a small, fast-moving team, we'll also count on you to step in wherever you're needed and take on projects beyond your core scope.

• Own recruiting end-to-end in close coordination with all founders

• Scale our internal operations by documenting and automating core processes

• Strengthen culture and communication, establish team rituals, and sharpen our employer brand

• Advance compliance topics, public funding initiatives and marketing
