Avomind is seeking a highly analytical generalist to work directly with the founders across GTM, hiring and internal processes in Berlin. The role offers rapid responsibility and a path to shape the company’s next moves.

You will implement ideas, own projects, and collaborate across finance, analytics and operations, with a hybrid work setup in Berlin after a month on-site.

Responsibilities

About the Job

Work directly with the founders and take on topics across GTM, hiring and internal processes.

The Role

• Directly with the founders. Take on changing projects with high responsibility.
• Generalist. Topics across GTM, hiring, finance and internal processes.
• Berlin, 3+2 hybrid (first month fully on site)

Must-Haves

• Strongly analytical and structured, grasps complex topics quickly
• Proven achievements with numbers, e.g. excellent grades or own projects with measurable results
• Generalist with drive, takes on topics across GTM, hiring and internal processes
• Ownership, works independently and needs little guidance
• Fluent in German

Should-Haves

• First experience in a startup, consulting, VC or as FA or Chief of Staff (internships count)
• Hands-on with AI tools and automation, e.g. n8n, Claude or Make
• Finance and analytics skills, e.g. budgets, forecasts and decision-ready analyses
• Communicates confidently with founders, clients and candidates
• Fluent in English

Nice-to-Haves

• Business school degree, e.g. WHU
• Own founding experience
• Experience with BI tools such as Snowflake or Looker Studio
• First leadership experience
• Open to a later move into GTM, growth consulting or sales
