Stealth, Tier-1 VC-backed seed-stage mobility startup in Berlin Mitte is rewriting how vehicle inspection centers are built and operated. We’re looking for top 0.1% builders—generalists who thrive across functions and move fast with founders who have raised substantial capital.

You’ll own end-to-end delivery across M&A, venture development, data analytics, automation, and ops. Expect rapid learning, hands-on responsibilities, and direct collaboration with the leadership team in a non-remote,

We’re a stealth, Tier-1 VC-backed seed-stage mobility start-up that’s rewriting how vehicle inspection centers are built and operated.

With a proven expansion blueprint and a clear M&A strategy, we’ll triple revenue next year. Currently, in 4 states across Germany we have 14 Centers and 75+ colleagues.

Our founders - serial entrepreneurs who’ve raised >USD 80m from top-tier US investors and just closed another strong Seed round - are pushing hard into new geographies.

Now we need top 0.1% builders. Generalists who get energy from executing. If that sounds like you - read on.

Tasks

You’ll be the versatile generalist we need. Drive cross-functional value creation in M&A, venture/business development, data analytics, automation, finance, sales, ops, fundraising. This position requires a fast learner who is smart, hungry, and humble. Are you in?

No two weeks will look the same. One day you’ll recruit and onboard a new ops team at a rollout site, the next you’ll build a automation deployed accross all locations.

Requirements

• A true generalist who connects the dots across functions.
• Experienced in fast-paced environments (hypergrowth start‑ups, VC, growth equity, PE, investment banking, or strategy consulting) and capable of delivering high-quality outcomes.
• An excellent multitasker with strong organisational skills and adaptability to shifting priorities.
• A proactive communicator and team player with a service mindset and high integrity.
• Passionate about entrepreneurship and the start‑up ecosystem with a genuine hunger to learn, grow and build a massive ops‑heavy company.
• Currently completing a bachelor's (4th semester and above) or master’s programme (business‑related field is a plus) from a top‑tier university.
• Fully fluent in German is a must (C2).
