Batch Robotics, Munich-based, is seeking a Founder Associate to join the founding team. This high-ownership, generalist role provides a front-row seat to building a venture-backed hard-tech company from the ground up.

You will help design and scale outbound experiments, partner with founders on fundraising, and shape internal operations as we grow. You will source and interview early core team members, tackle zero-to-one initiatives, and work across engineering and commercial pipelines.

We are now looking for a Founder Associate (m/f/d) with relentless ambition, massive grit, and an entrepreneurial mindset to work directly alongside the founders. This is a high-ownership, high-agency generalist role designed as a definitive launchpad for future founders. Tasks

• Go-To-Market & Growth: Design, execute, and scale outbound experiments, validate customer discovery loops, and help sharpen our commercial positioning.
• Fundraising & Strategy: Partner directly with the founders on fundraising preparation, investor pipelines, market research, and financial modeling.
• Operations & Scale: Help transition early commercial momentum into repeatable internal operations, managing special logistics, procurement, and setup projects.
• Talent Acquisition: Work closely with the team to identify, source, and interview early core team members as we scale our engineering and commercial pipelines.
• Zero-to-One Execution: Step into any critical business gap - whether structural, operational, or commercial and build solutions from scratch

Requirements
