Stealth Startup in Berlin Mitte is seeking a versatile generalist to drive cross-functional value creation across M&A, venture building, data analytics, automation, finance, sales, and operations. You’ll work directly with founders in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, delivering high-impact outcomes.

You’ll recruit and onboard teams, build automation across locations, and navigate a growth-stage journey with integrity and a service mindset.

We’re a stealth, Tier-1 VC-backed seed-stage mobility start-up that’s rewriting how vehicle inspection centers are built and operated.

With a proven expansion blueprint and a clear M&A strategy, we’ll triple revenue next year. Currently, in 4 states across Germany we have 14 Centers and 75+ colleagues.

Our founders - serial entrepreneurs who’ve raised >USD 80m from top-tier US investors and just closed another strong Seed round - are pushing hard into new geographies.

Now we need top 0.1% builders. Generalists who get energy from executing. If that sounds like you - read on.

Tasks

You’ll be the versatile generalist we need. Drive cross-functional value creation in M&A, venture/business development, data analytics, automation, finance, sales, ops, fundraising. This position requires a fast learner who is smart, hungry, and humble. Are you in?

No two weeks will look the same. One day you’ll recruit and onboard a new ops team at a rollout site, the next you’ll build a automation deployed accross all locations.

You’re a generalist who can connect dots others don’t even see. You thrive on chaos, love fast learning curves, and deliver quality under pressure.

• A true generalist who connects the dots across functions.
• Experienced in fast‑paced environments (hypergrowth start‑ups, VC, growth equity, PE, investment banking, or strategy consulting) and capable of delivering high‑quality outcomes.
• An excellent multitasker with strong organisational skills and adaptability to shifting priorities.
• A proactive communicator and team player with a service mindset and high integrity.
• Passionate about entrepreneurship and the start-up ecosystem with a genuine hunger to learn, grow and build a massive ops-heavy company.
• Currently completing a bachelor's (4th semester and above) or master’s programme (business-related field is a plus) from a top-tier university.
• Fully fluent in German is a must (C2).
