Zusammenfassung

Checkturio is seeking a highly motivated intern / working student to support CEO operations in Berlin. You will touch growth, marketing, sales ops, business development, and fundraising with real ownership and accountability.

You will work directly with the CEO as a true right hand, helping keep the business moving forward while the CEO focuses on strategy, fundraising, and key customers. This hands-on role offers fast learning and exposure to a growing B2B SaaS startup.

Qualifikationen

• Must have experience in B2B SaaS, fast-growing startups, or strategy consulting.
• Strong analytical and structuring skills (Excel, PowerPoint, logic).
• Comfortable executing hands-on, not just thinking.
• Fast learner, curious, and not afraid of complexity.
• High ownership mindset and proactive attitude.

Your tasks

Your Role

You will work directly with the CEO as a true right hand.

Your mission is simple:

Keep the business moving forward operationally while the CEO focuses on key priorities (strategy, fundraising, and key customers).

You'll touchgrowth, marketing, sales ops, business development, and fundraising— with real ownership, real accountability, and a steep learning curve.

What You’ll Do

1. Growth, Marketing & Distribution

• Drive and executeLinkedIn content, marketing & growth initiatives

• Support product marketing: case studies, messaging, landing pages, campaigns.

• Experiment with growth ideas — test, measure, iterate.

• Turn ideas into execution fast (no endless decks).

2. Sales Operations & Commercial Support

• Own CRM hygiene and sales ops in HubSpot.

• Track pipeline, conversion metrics, and campaign performance.

• Prepare materials for customer meetings, pilots, and events.

• Pitch in front of customers and win them over. Reiterate.

3. Business Development & Market Intelligence

• Support prospect research and key account targeting.

• Help prepare and follow up on customer meetings.

• Analyze markets, competitors, and customer use cases.

• Act as a force multiplier for commercial execution.

5. CEO & Operations Support

• Structure operational topics so they don’t slow the company down.

• Build Excel models, presentations, and dashboards.

• Take ownership of recurring operational tasks — and improve them.

• Support ad-hoc analyses and investor presentations when needed.

Your profile

Who You Are

You arehighly ambitious, structured, and proactive.

Must-haves

• First experience in B2B SaaS, fast-growing startups, or strategy consulting.

• Very strong analytical & structuring skills (Excel, PowerPoint, logic).

• Comfortable executing hands-on, not just thinking.

• Fast learner, curious, and not afraid of complexity.

• Strong ownership mindset — you don't wait to be told.

Nice-to-haves (big plus, not required)

• Experience with HubSpot and/or Canva.

• Interest in growth hacking, marketing, or sales.

• German or Polish language skills.

• Curiosity for logistics, transport, or industrial tech.

• Exposure to fundraising, VC, or startups.

Non-negotiables

• Berlin-based, 100% onsite (Factory Mitte).

• Minimum 6-month commitment, starting immediately or in 2026 Q1.

• Comfortable in a fast-moving, demanding environment.
