Willidrop is an early-stage startup reimagining automotive logistics in Europe. As a Founder’s Associate, you will work directly with the founders on strategic and operational priorities, gaining exposure across company building, fundraising, and execution to accelerate your trajectory.

You’ll tackle high-priority projects, own tasks end-to-end, and help build scalable internal tools while collaborating with the founder to turn ideas into action. Remote flexibility with on-site time in Frankfurt.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum one year of experience in a fast-paced env such as top-tier consulting, startup, scale-up, VC or finance.
• Based in Germany or willing to relocate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and German.

Ourmanaged marketplace connects car dealers, auction houses, and fleets withprofessional transport carriers — built from day one to capture real workflows and data, anddeliberately engineered to evolve into fully agentic systems.

As Founder’s Associate, you’ll work directly with the founders on strategic andoperational priorities. You’ll gain deep exposure acrosscompany building, fundraising, execution, and problem-solving in a role designed toaccelerate your trajectory.

What You’ll Do

• Tackle high-priority projects across operations, product, and go-to-market
• Own tasks end-to-end, from research and planning to execution
• Build and implement scalable internal tools and workflows

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum one year of experience in a fast-paced environment such as top-tier consulting, a startup,scale-up, VC or finance; high-impact internships will also be considered
• Based in Germany or willing to relocate
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and German

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with no-code tools such as Airtable, Notion or Make.com
• Data analysis skills across Excel, SQL, Looker Studio or similar tools
• Additional language skills, especially Spanish, Portuguese, Danish, Dutch, Polish or Russian
