Job summary

Station in Munich is seeking a Founder's Associate to work directly with the founders at a fast-growing AI fintech. The role targets candidates with investment banking, strategy consulting, VC, or high-growth start-up backgrounds who want to build a company from the inside.

Initial focus includes fundraising, finance analytics, ISO 27001 compliance, and strategic projects across operations, growth, and business development, with mentorship and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field; ideally at Master’s level.
• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, Tier 1 strategy consulting, VC, or high-growth start-up.
• Strong corporate finance fundamentals: valuation, financial modeling, transaction dynamics.
• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to communicate complex topics clearly.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership.
• Fluent German and business-fluent English.
• Experience with fundraising, due diligence, ISO 27001, SaaS metrics, or automation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fundraising: Build the equity story, investor deck, financial model, and investor pipeline.
• Finance & Analytics: Own SaaS KPIs, unit economics, and financial reporting.
• ISO 27001 & Compliance: Drive certification process and strengthen enterprise readiness.

Initial focus will be on:

• Fundraising: Building the equity story, investor deck, financial model, and investor pipeline.
• Finance & Analytics: Owning SaaS KPIs, unit economics, and financial reporting.
• ISO 27001 & Compliance: Driving the certification process and strengthening enterprise readiness.
• Founder's Office: Taking ownership of strategic projects across operations, growth, and business development.

Requirements:
