Mirelo AI is building the next generation of creative tools by generating realistic sound, speech and music from video.

We develop cutting-edge foundational generative AI models that "unmute" silent video content and create custom, hyper-realistic audio for gaming, video platforms, and creators. Our technology empowers global storytellers to transform their content.

We recently closed a $41 million Seed round co‑led by Andreessen Horowitz and Index Ventures with participation from Atlantic, and are rapidly expanding across Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Growth.

About the Role

As an early‑stage startup, this role comes with exceptional breadth. While you’ll work on highly strategic and intellectually challenging topics, you may also take on very practical, hands‑on operational tasks to relieve the founders (e.g. coordination, logistics). We’re therefore looking for someone ambitious, but also with a strong sense of ownership and a “nothing is below me” mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the CEO in allocating time to the highest‑impact priorities while managing complex cross‑functional scheduling and logistics that keep the team moving quickly.
• Partner with the CEO to define team structure, support on hiring, and onboard new critical hires.
• Support in managing relationships with external stakeholders, including preparing for board meetings and investor updates – gathering data, crafting narratives, and designing presentation materials.
• Support finance and administrative topics across the organization.
• Jump into mission‑critical, time‑sensitive projects that require cross‑functional coordination.
• Support the founders in introducing lightweight processes that maintain structure as the team grows while keeping things agile.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• You have gathered relevant experience in a demanding, fast‑paced environment (e.g., consulting, finance, or an operating/BizOps role at an early‑stage startup).
• You are a proactive generalist who can seamlessly transition between multiple priorities.
• You are hyper‑organised and detail‑oriented, with a proven ability to create structure and manage complex projects without close supervision.
• You have a high degree of intellectual curiosity and are comfortable synthesising data into clear narratives for executive audiences.
• You are comfortable with financial concepts (budgeting, P&L tracking) and executive communications.
• You default to action over endless planning and thrive in the ambiguity of hyper‑growth startups.

Nice to Have

• A strong interest in AI/ML, creator tools, gaming, or the future of video/audio technology is a plus.
