We Are Looking For

As a Financial Analyst you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial planning and analysis activities of our organization. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an individual with limited professional experience to gain hands‑on exposure to financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. As a Financial Analyst you will be an integral part of our dynamic finance team, gaining hands‑on experience and exposure to a broad spectrum of financial activities.

What Youll Do (Responsibilities)
  • Conduct regular analysis of cash‑flow statements, identifying trends and providing insights to support decision‑making processes
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast cash flow, assess financial performance, and analyze various scenarios
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals
  • Generate and distribute comprehensive cash‑flow reports to key stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
  • Prepare regular financial reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and financial metrics
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
  • Utilize data analysis tools to extract meaningful insights from financial data, identifying trends, patterns, and areas of concern or opportunity
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between forecasted and actual cash flow, providing explanations and recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, collaborating with the finance team to implement best practices and streamline reporting processes
  • Undertake ad‑hoc financial analysis and reporting as required by senior management
  • Perform other duties as assigned
What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills) :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 3–4 years of experience in financial analysis with a focus on cash‑flow reporting
  • Strong knowledge of aerospace materials, components, and manufacturing processes
  • Familiarity with aerospace industry regulations and standards
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
  • Takes initiative to identify and address potential issues before they arise
  • Capable of analyzing complex financial data and providing meaningful insights
