Fleetlery GmbH is a fast-growing startup based in Hamburg. We specialize in staffing and logistics services in the food delivery sector, working with leading platforms across Germany. To support our internal processes, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance & HR Administrator (m / f / d) to join our team on a part-time basis.

Your responsibilities :

  • Support with preparatory bookkeeping, including invoice handling, cost tracking, and digital filing
  • Assist with HR administration, such as drafting contracts, managing personnel records, and time tracking
  • Support in preparing payroll data in collaboration with our external tax advisors
  • Handle communication with authorities, insurance companies, and service providers
  • Perform general administrative and organizational tasks

Your profile :

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in finance and / or HR administration, ideally in a small or medium-sized company
  • Confident in using MS Excel and Word
  • Reliable, structured, and independent working style
  • Friendly and professional demeanor, with a high level of confidentiality
  • Fluent in German, with good English skills (Spanish is a plus)
