Zusammenfassung

Cofinity-X GmbH in Köln sucht eine/n erfahrenen Buchhalter/in zur ganzheitlichen Buchführung nach HGB, inklusive Kreditoren, Debitoren, Bank und Hauptbuch sowie Monatsabschluss.

Sie tragen Verantwortung für Kontenabstimmung, Bilanz- und GuV-Reports, Anlagevermögen und gesetzliche Berichte; DATEV- und Excel-Kenntnisse sind gefragt.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Buchhaltungsbereich oder gleichwertige Qualifikation.
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung.
• Sicheres Wissen in HGB und Umsatzsteuer.
• Gute DATEV- und Excel-Kenntnisse.
• Strukturierte, genaue Arbeitsweise und Diskretion.

Aufgaben

• Durchführung der End-to-End Buchhaltung nach HGB, Kreditoren, Debitoren, Bank- und Hauptbuchungen.
• Durchführung von Monatsabschlüssen, Abgrenzungen, Ab- und Zuschreibungen.
• Erstellung und Prüfung von Bilanz- und GuV-Reports sowie notwendiger Berichte.
• Pflege des Anlagevermögens und Abstimmung offener Posten.
• Mächtige Zusammenarbeit mit externem Steuerberater und Erstellung gesetzlicher Reports.

Your mission

• Run end-to-end bookkeeping in DATEV in accordance with German GAAP (HGB), including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank and general ledger postings
• Take full responsibility for the month-end close, including the preparation and posting of journal entries, accruals, prepayments and accounting adjustments
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, profit and loss accounts and supporting financial schedules
• Maintain the fixed asset register and monitor open items
• Prepare and submit monthly statutory reports (e.g. Bundesbank reporting – AWV)
• Support the preparation of the annual financial statements and tax filings in cooperation with our external tax advisor
• Prepare regular management reports, perform variance analyses and investigate unusual or unexpected financial movements
• Provide management with financial information and ad hoc analyses as required
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, standardisation and automation across accounting operations
• Take on related administrative tasks within finance and operations

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a tax clerk ( Steuerfachangestellte /r) or commercial training with further qualification as a certified accountant (e.g. Finanzbuchhalter IHK), or a degree in business administration with a focus on accounting
• At least three years of professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in the technology or SaaS sector
• In-depth knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) and sound knowledge of VAT regulations
• Advanced Excel skills and a strong working knowledge of accounting systems such as DATEV
• Structured, precise and detail-oriented, with a high level of discretion
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work to tight deadlines
• A pragmatic approach and a willingness to take on operational tasks
• Excellent command of German, both written and spoken, and a very good command of English
