Zusammenfassung

XCMG Europe GmbH in Germany is seeking a skilled accounting professional to join our Finance team. You will handle day‑to‑day accounting tasks, maintain accounts, reconcile records, and support the DATEV-based system. You will collaborate with the international team, contribute ideas to digitize processes, and assist with reporting and tax matters. We offer flexible part-time hours (20–35 per week) with hybrid or remote options.

Qualifikationen

• Commercial training or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with German GAAP (HGB) accounting.
• Experience with leasing or financing products is a plus.

• Independently handling day-to-day accounting tasks, including account maintenance, reconciliation and preparatory bookkeeping activities.
• Supporting the further development and optimization of our DATEV-based accounting system.

Your mission

• Independently handling day-to-day accounting tasks, including account maintenance, account reconciliation, and preparatory bookkeeping activities.
• Supporting the further development and optimization of our DATEV-based accounting system.
• Acting as a point of contact for accounting-related questions and working closely with our Finance team.

Your profile

• Completed commercial/vocational training, ideally with a focus on accounting, or an equivalent qualification.
• Professional experience in accounting and good knowledge of accounting principles in accordance with German GAAP (HGB).
• Experience with leasing, hire purchase, factoring, or other financing products.
• Experience with DATEV or a comparable accounting system.
• Structured, accurate, and independent way of working.
• Good German and English language skills to collaborate effectively in our international environment.
• Knowledge of SAP FI as well as an interest in digital processes and AI-supported automation would be an advantage.
