RxREVU, Inc. in Düsseldorf seeks an Assistant Manager Accounting (m/f/d) to join our Finance & Accounting team overseeing three group companies. You will ensure accurate, compliant accounting and support monthly, quarterly and annual closings in line with HGB and internal policies.

The role includes budgeting, reporting, audits, tax topics, transfer pricing, and financial analysis, with opportunities for leadership as part of a global finance transformation.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of professional experience in accounting, finance, or a tax advisory environment, preferably within an international company.
• Qualification as Bilanzbuchhalter (m/f/d) or a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) as well as German tax regulations, including corporate tax, trade tax, and VAT.
• Experience in budgeting, reporting, controlling, and finance-related projects.
• Proven leadership experience or the willingness and potential to take on future leadership responsibilities.

Aufgaben

• Support the Finance Manager in operational and strategic finance matters and act as deputy when required.
• Ensure smooth accounting operations, monthly, quarterly and annual closings, as well as accurate financial reporting for multiple group companies in accordance with HGB and Group requirements.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, management reports, quarterly reporting packages (DIVA), and ad hoc financial analyses to support business decisions.
• Coordinate audits, tax-related topics, transfer pricing matters, and statutory financial statement disclosures in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide financial support to internal departments on topics such as VAT, procurement, invoicing, and travel expense management (SAP Concur).
• Drive process improvements and support finance transformation initiatives, including system integrations, e-invoicing, S/4HANA, IFRS projects, and the continuous development of the Finance & Accounting function, with potential future leadership responsibility.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant accounting processes for three group companies in accordance with accounting principles, practices, and company policies. Working closely with colleagues across the finance function, you will support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, audits, tax-related matters, reporting activities, and a variety of projects. Your Profile

• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Power BI.
• Fluent German and business fluent English language skills.
• Analytical and structured working style combined with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, hands-on, and self-motivated personality with a continuous improvement mindset.
