Job summary

BRLO GmbH is seeking a committed and experienced Facility Manager (m/f/d) to oversee the smooth operation and maintenance of its buildings and facilities at BRLO locations, including Gleisdreieck and Charlottenburg. The role requires coordinating external service providers, planning repairs, and ensuring safety and occupational health compliance.

The successful candidate will join a two-person team and may work part-time starting from 32 hours per week, bringing practical manual skills,

Qualifications

• Versatile manual skills and technical understanding.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Driver's license class B, ideally forklift/welding skills.
• Good German and English skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repairs, maintenance, expansion, and upkeep at BRLO locations (Gleisdreieck, Charlottenburg, etc.).
• Independently schedule the work to be done.
• Execute necessary work at locations where possible.
• Plan and coordinate repair and maintenance with external providers.
• Collaborate on safety technology and occupational safety issues.
• Perform regular inspections and document structural/technical condition.

Job description

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and experienced Facility Manager (m/f/d) who, with organizational skills and technical know-how, will take responsibility for the smooth operation and maintenance of our buildings and facilities.

Your Tasks

The Facility Manager is responsible for ensuring the functionality and value retention of all buildings, facilities, and outdoor areas at BRLO locations. A key objective is to coordinate cooperation with external service providers and tradespeople to ensure high-quality results. In addition, the Facility Manager supports the implementation of safety and occupational health measures and carries out regular inspections and documentation of the structural and technical condition of the buildings. Through these tasks, they contribute significantly to a safe, functional, and attractive environment for employees and guests.
The Facility Manager works closely as part of a two-person team and has the option to work part-time starting from 32 hours per week.

• Responsible for repairs, maintenance, expansion, and upkeep at our location at Gleisdreieck, including the beer garden, Charlottenburg, and other BRLO locations
• Independent scheduling of the work to be done
• Where possible, independent execution of all necessary work at the locations
• Planning and coordination of repair and maintenance work, including cooperation with external service providers and tradespeople
• Collaboration on safety technology and occupational safety issues
• Regular inspections and checks of facilities, buildings, and outdoor areas

Your Profile

• Versatile manual skills and technical understanding
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
• Driver's license, at least class B, ideally forklift and/or welding skills
• Good German and English skills
