BRLO GmbH in Berlin is seeking a passionate host to lead, train, and motivate the service team during shifts, ensuring guests feel well cared for at all times. You will take and communicate orders, serve drinks and food, and collaborate closely with the kitchen and service staff.

The role requires completed catering/hotel training and several years in service, with strong guest-service skills and leadership potential. German fluency is essential; English is an advantage.

Qualifikationen

• Completed training in the catering or hotel industry.
• Several years of professional experience in service.
• Sound knowledge of food and drink.
• Professional guest service and assistance.
• Ability to work in a team and leadership qualities.
• Ability to work under pressure and high flexibility.

• Professional reception and care of guests
• Taking and communicating orders
• Serving drinks and food
• Working closely with the kitchen and service team
• Taking care of tableware, cutlery and glassesOn-the-job training of employees (service, up-sell, Gastronovi cash register system, gastromatic time recording system, Flowtify task tracking, occupational safety)

Success indicators:

• Guest satisfaction (e.g. as part of online evaluations, tips)
• Evaluation by the service management

Development opportunities:

• Certified Beer Server
• Taking on management activities (e.g. roster organisation)
