Zusammenfassung

A&O Hotels and Hostels Holding AG is seeking a full-time F&B Assistant (m/f/x) to join the kitchen and bar team in a hostel setting. You will participate in day-to-day operations and light cleaning as part of a dynamic hospitality team.

You will help prepare and maintain the breakfast buffet, enforce HACCP standards, manage pantry and stock, and contribute to the dinner buffet menu. German and English skills are appreciated, and hospitality experience is desirable.

Qualifikationen

• Some experience in gastronomy or hospitality is desirable.

Aufgaben

• You will work in the kitchen and bar, actively participating in daily operations and routine cleaning.
• Prepare and manage the breakfast buffet.
• Enforce HACCP and quality standards in kitchen and bar.
• Oversee pantry and stocktaking, check storage and place orders.
• Store goods upon delivery.
• Draw up the dinner buffet menu.
• Supervise scheduling for kitchen and bar crew.

YOUR JOB

• You will be employed in the in kitchen and bar and will actively participate in the day business; including the daily cleaning work

• Preparation and taking care of the breakfast-buffet are also amongst your tasks

• Imposing quality- and HACCP-standards in kitchen and bar is your responsibility

• Pantry and stocktaking are your responsibility: you check food- and beverage-storage and inventory and order new products if necessary

• You put the goods away on delivery

• You draw up the menu for our dinner-buffet

• You supervise scheduling for kitchen- and bar-crew
