Your Role

At ICEE, your work will be diverse, impactful, and full of opportunities to grow :

  • Build and maintain relationships with top decision-makers from major global industrial companies.
  • Organize and manage high-level international business summits – from strategic outreach to on-site event execution.
  • Research industry trends and identify new business opportunities in the field of sustainability.
  • Share your ideas and develop into a subject matter expert in industrial decarbonization.
  • Work closely with our experienced leadership team on strategic acquisition and project management initiatives.
Your Profile

We’re looking for energetic and driven individuals who bring both passion and personality :

  • A strong interest in sustainability and innovative business models.
  • A confident, professional demeanor – especially when engaging with C-level executives.
  • Advanced level of the German and English language (both at least C1 level).
  • Previous experience in sales, consulting, event management, or business development is an advantage, but not required.
  • You bring a high level of self-motivation, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and grow fast.
