We are looking for a dedicated new team member in the role of Event Project Manager – Live Events & Brand Activations (m/f/d) to expand our diverse team of creative directors, strategists, producers and creative community.
Location: Remote within CET timezone, Berlin preferred (Office: Glogauer Str 17, 10999 Berlin)
Mode: Freelance or Employment (full time, min. 32 hrs/week)

Your profile
Key Responsibilities
- Lead part of the planning and execution of large-scale live events, brand activations, and immersive shows across international markets
- Manage budgets of minimum 400k € with full financial accountability, including forecasting, cash flow, and reporting
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment with creative vision and client objectives
- Lead and motivate project teams of minimum 2 direct people, including producers, creative directors, and technical experts
- Oversee full production structures: schedules, workflows, and resource allocation
- Drive seamless collaboration between creative, design, and production teams, ensuring story-driven concepts are realized in production
- Anticipate risks and proactively resolve challenges in budget, timeline, or technical delivery
- Provide regular reporting to Head of Events and Project Leads
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project leadership within live event production, brand activations, or immersive experiences
- Hands-on expertise in show production or large-scale experiential events
- Strong understanding of technical production workflows, supplier management, and on-site execution
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with high-level stakeholders
- Proficient in project management methods and tools (budgeting, scheduling, reporting)
- Ability to thrive under pressure and lead multiple large projects simultaneously
- Fluent in English; German a plus
- Proactive, solution-oriented leader with a passion for extraordinary experiences
