Siemens Energy is seeking a Senior ERP Audit & Compliance Manager to own ITGC governance for the SAP landscape. You will coordinate internal assurance, external auditors, and service providers to ensure a clear, auditable control environment.

You will drive the ERP ITGC framework, manage ISAE 3402/SOC 1 engagements, and identify gaps early while guiding remediation with cross-functional teams. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, business informatics, finance or related field.
• Extensive IT audit/assurance experience focused on ITGC/ICFR in SAP environments.
• Hands-on ISAE 3402 / SOC 1 reporting experience from end-to-end engagements.
• Strong SAP security knowledge: SoD, privileged access, change management.
• Confident communicating with senior management, auditors and providers.
• Fluency in English; German a plus; CISA/CIA is a plus.

A Snapshot of Your Day

ERP audits at Siemens Energy are growing in volume and complexity. As our new Senior ERP Audit & Compliance Manager in the ERP cross functions team, you become the central owner of audit and IT General Controls (ITGC) governance for our global SAP landscape. You work with internal assurance, external auditors and our IT service providers, and you make sure the control environment is clear, consistent, and ready for audit. If you know audits from the auditor’s side, ideally from a Big 4 firm, and want to move from assessing controls to owning them, this role is for you.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Act as the central point of contact for all internal and external ERP audits, from planning and scoping to evidence delivery and closure.
• Own and further develop the ERP ITGC control framework, including clear control ownership between Siemens Energy and its service providers.
• Manage supplier assurance, including ISAE 3402 / SOC 1 reports, and hold providers to their audit commitments.
• Identify control gaps and compliance risks early, and drive sustainable improvements together with business and technical teams.
• Track and drive the remediation of audit findings so they are closed on time and stay closed.
• Report on audit health and remediation progress to ERP management and governance bodies.

What You Bring

• Degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Many years of experience in IT audit or IT assurance with a focus on ITGC / ICFR in SAP environments, ideally gained at a Big 4 firm at Manager or Senior Manager level.
• Hands‑on experience with ISAE 3402 / SOC 1 reporting and with leading audit engagements end to end.
• Solid knowledge of SAP security and controls, such as authorizations, SoD, privileged access and change management.
• Confidence in dealing with senior management, auditors and service providers: firm, diplomatic and able to influence without formal authority.
• Fluent English. German is an advantage. A certification such as CISA or CIA is a plus.
