Siemens Energy in Erlangen is seeking a S4 Program Support – Quality Management to drive quality governance, gates, and evidence management for the S4E S/4HANA transformation.

You will coordinate across PMO, factory leads, and audit teams, ensure deliverables meet defined quality criteria, and align with IPP milestones, with a strong focus on audit readiness.

Qualifications

A Snapshot of Your Day

As S4 Program Support – Quality Management, you will play a key enabling role in ensuring that Siemens Energy’s S4E S/4HANA transformation is delivered in a controlled, compliant, and audit ready manner.

This role operates at program level, closely supporting Program Management, PMO, and Factory Leads (Solution, Test, Data Migration, Change) and rollout teams, with a strong focus on quality governance, quality gates and evidence management to support audit coordination.

You will ensure that program and factory deliverables are planned, executed, documented, and signed off in line with defined quality criteria, PM milestones, and regulatory expectations, providing transparency and assurance for management, internal audit, and external auditors.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Program wide quality governance & alignment: Support and enforce the S4E Quality Management Framework across rollouts and factories, ensuring consistent application of quality gates, acceptance criteria, definition of done, and documentation.
• Quality gate & milestone readiness management: Coordinate and track quality gate readiness along PM milestones including completeness of deliverables, closure of open points, and preparedness for formal gate reviews and sign offs.
• Audit readiness & evidence management: Ensure continuous audit readiness by coordinating structured evidence collection, validation, storage, and traceability, and by supporting internal and external audits in line with IDW PS850 / ISO based quality standards.
• Integrated planning linkage: Align quality activities with the Integrated Program Plan (IPP), ensuring that quality gates, audits and acceptance steps are embedded into program planning, rather than treated as downstream or standalone activities.
• Issue, deviation & compliance tracking: Track quality related risks, deviations, and non conformities at program level; ensure transparent escalation, mitigation tracking, and management reporting in close alignment with Program leadership and Program Risk Management.

What You Bring

• Extensive experience in quality management, audit support, PMO, or governance roles within large scale IT or ERP transformation programs
• Proven exposure to SAP S/4HANA programs, preferably in regulated or audit intensive environments
• Solid understanding of quality management frameworks, quality gates, and audit principles (e.g. ISO 9001, internal IT audits, IDW PS850 or comparable standards)
• Experience working with program level planning and governance models (IPP, milestone driven delivery, gated controls)
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work across multiple factories and stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, capable of interfacing with PMO, factory leads, quality teams, and auditors
• University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a comparable field
