Job summary

Hunter Philips Executive Search is seeking an EPC Director to lead the construction and delivery of utility-scale solar and BESS projects, including co-located sites. You will oversee contractors, project teams and delivery performance through construction, commissioning and handover.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering utility-scale solar, BESS or other energy infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing EPC contracts and complex construction programmes.
• Understanding of the technical and delivery interfaces on co-located projects.
• Strong commercial, contractual and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading project teams and external contractors.
• German and English language skills are advantageous.
