Job summary

Manning Global, an internationally renowned staffing and managed services organisation, is hiring for its expanding team a Enterprise Partner Enablement Project Coordinator to join its managed services project in Germany.

The role focuses on tracking partner capability development, supporting certification processes, and coordinating client trainings and marketing activities with internal stakeholders and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Management or a related field.
• Experience in partner management, channel operations, sales support, account coordination, marketing operations or a similar role.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Experience preparing reports, tracking KPIs and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Native Chinese, fluent English, German is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Regularly tracking capability development status of partners; support partner with promotion policies, implementation and partner satisfaction management.
• Participate and operate in the partner certification process; collect and manage relevant materials.
• Platform operation and daily check the questions from client platform and send to corresponding stakeholder.
• Weekly generate related reports and keep indicators in-check etc.
• Client Relationship Management including scheduling of trainings/workshops in a timely manner, pre-requirement from partner alignment, coordinate related resources, collect the feedback; BP/QBR meeting organization etc.
• Marketing activities support including planning and participating in partner marketing activities, internal/external alignment etc.
