Zusammenfassung

MAM Gruppe is seeking an engineering leader to take charge of multiple software development teams, shaping technical strategy and driving AI-native engineering as a standard across the organisation.

You will provide leadership across teams, drive SaaS and cloud strategy for scalability, and ensure quality, security and regulatory compliance while aligning product work with business objectives and reporting to executive management.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience leading software development teams across SaaS/cloud environments.
• Strong technical grounding in SaaS architecture, cloud and security.
• Proven track record driving AI adoption in engineering teams.
• Deep experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Lean across multiple teams.
• Fluent English and very good German.

• Deep experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Lean principles, scaled across multiple teams.
• Fluent English and very good German.
