Job summary

Wolf Jansen Ltd. partners with an established technology consultancy and is expanding its AI practice. You will work in a hybrid setup, with the flexibility to be based anywhere in Germany.

You’ll take real ownership of AI solutions from concept to live deployment, rather than supporting from the sidelines. You design and deliver complex AI, GenAI and agentic AI solutions for domestic and international clients, build scalable architectures, and lead AI projects end to end.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Data Science required.
• Minimum 5 years of professional AI/GenAI consulting experience.
• Strong hands-on skills in Python, ML, LLMs, RAG and agentic AI.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver complex AI, GenAI and agentic AI solutions for clients.
• Build scalable AI architectures and integrate models into IT landscapes.
• Automate and improve processes across the product lifecycle for engineering-focused clients.
• Gather and assess business requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead AI projects end to end from concept to production.
• Coach and mentor consultants and project teams; promote best practices.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, build prototypes and grow AI engineering services.

You'll work in a hybrid setup, with the flexibility to be based anywhere in Germany. You'll take real ownership of AI solutions from concept to live deployment, rather than supporting from the sidelines.

Your Tasks:

• You design and deliver complex AI, GenAI and agentic AI solutions for domestic and international clients.
• You build scalable AI architectures and integrate models into existing IT and engineering landscapes.
• You automate and improve processes across the product development lifecycle for engineering-focused clients.
• You gather and assess business requirements and turn them into sustainable technical solutions.
• You lead AI projects end to end, from initial idea through to production rollout.
• You coach and mentor consultants, engineers and project teams, and promote technical best practice.
• You evaluate emerging AI technologies and AI security topics, build prototypes and help grow the AI engineering service offering.

Your Profile:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in consulting and the AI / GenAI space.
• Strong hands-on skills in Python, machine learning, LLMs, RAG and agentic AI.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs and CI/CD.
• Solid background in software architecture, cloud-native design, MLOps and AI security.
• Project management experience is required.
• A hands-on, accountable and team-oriented approach, with strategic thinking.
