BERNER Group in Köln and Künzelsau seeks an End-to-End Logistics Process Design Architect to design and continuously optimize global logistics across Inbound, Warehousing, Inventory, Replenishment, Outbound, Transportation and Reverse Logistics.

You will develop and maintain the Logistics Process Architecture and Target Operating Model to support growth and operational excellence, govern processes, and lead cross-functional workshops with IT, Procurement, Sales, Customer Service and Finance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in logistics, industrial engineering or business administration
• Several years of experience in logistics, supply chain, process excellence or business process design
• Experience with end-to-end logistics processes and global governance is highly desirable
• Fluent in English and German

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize end-to-end logistics processes across inbound, warehousing, inventory, replenishment, outbound, transportation and reverse logistics
• Develop and maintain the global Logistics Process Architecture and Target Operating Model
• Define and govern global logistics standards, process documentation, governance frameworks and change management practices
• Lead cross-functional workshops with Logistics, IT, Procurement, Sales, Customer Service and Finance
• Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives and specify system requirements
