Tesla Germany is seeking a Partner/Advisor to strengthen the employee experience by bridging HR and employees throughout the lifecycle. You’ll be visible on-site, advocate for action, and work closely with business teams to add value through support, advice, and problem solving.

Your role includes handling grievances, training, and promoting internal people processes while safeguarding confidentiality and navigating sensitive situations with resilience.

Aufgaben

• Be the first point of contact for employee experience items (engagement, health & well-being, employee relations).
• Handle intake for grievances, escalate to HR Partners and line managers; support on policies.
• Act as gatekeeper for internal policies and promote awareness of people processes and tools; review payroll input monthly.
• Communicate proactively with employees on updates and deliver trainings related to employee experience.
• Educate employees on available support and assist those on long-term leave; support managers through processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvements in employee experience initiatives.
• Visit Tesla locations to run Roundtable/employee experience programs.

What to Expect

This role directly impacts the employee’s experience as a key connector between HR and Employees during the employee life cycle within the company and their day-to-day working life and adds value by providing exceptional support, advice, problem solving, and escalation where needed. The Partner/Advisor team works extremely close with the business, and a firm understanding of how our business operates is key. This role is expected to spend time out with employees and be visible as well as an advocate for action.

What You’ll Do

• First point of contact for employee experience related items: employee experience, engagement, health and well-being and employee relations
• Intake for employee grievances, escalation to relevant contact points and follow-up. Support HR Partners and line Managers on legalities and best practices/policies
• Gatekeepers for internal policies and create awareness for internal people processes and people support systems and tools, review monthly payroll input
• Ensure proactive communication with employees on key updates and deliver trainings on employee experience related items
• Pro-actively educate our employees on support available for their well-being and act as a support for those employees on long-term leave as well as supporting their managers through the process
• Proactively collaborate with key stakeholders to drive improvements on employee experience initiatives and raising awareness to the business
• Visit Tesla locations to conduct Roundtable/employee experience programs
