Job summary

Tesla in Berlin is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to be the face of our candidate experience, coordinating interview schedules and onboarding for applicants, and supporting a smooth recruiting journey. You will work closely with recruiters to ensure timely, informative communication and a positive candidate experience.

You will use data to refine our processes, collaborate across teams, and become the knowledge expert guiding candidates through our hiring journey in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Candidate-centric approach and professional, friendly communication with candidates.
• Clear and respectful communication in German and English; additional European languages a plus.
• Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and deliver on time.
• Collaborative mindset with different stakeholders and teams.
• Willingness to learn new technologies, systems, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent candidate experience by scheduling interviews and supporting onboarding.
• Develop stakeholder engagement with recruiters and interviewers through timely, positive communication.

Recruitment Coordinator will play a pivotal role in maintaining an exceptional candidate experience throughout a candidate’s recruitment journey. They are our front-line brand ambassadors, supporting Tesla’s mission.

What You’ll Do

• Provide a great Candidate Experience: Schedule interviews and support onboardings for candidates; You go above and beyond to ensure the best candidate experience; you love to solve problems and bottlenecks
• Develop Stakeholder Engagement: Provide consistent, timely, and positive support and communication to recruiters and interviewers
• Be Data-driven and Strategic: Manage a data-driven and seamless recruiting process and support initiatives that make our recruitment process more seamless and enjoyable by the candidate
• Be ‘the go-to person’: Your eagerness to learn more about our business, processes, and everything we do turns you into the knowledge expert that guides people in the right direction
