Your responsibilities

• Project management from planning and implementation to high-quality project completion within the approved budget and schedule.
• Tendering and awarding of planning and construction services (HOAI).
• Monitoring of service provision by internal and external service providers.
• Management of project participants such as clients, planners, contractors, builders, authorities, local authorities and other responsible parties.
• Cost tracking, addendum management, invoicing.
• Drafting of project reports and documentation.
• Schedule, cost and quality control.

What we expect from you

• Completed university/technical college degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering or theatre and event technology.
• At least 3 years of professional experience.
• Knowledge of DIN and VDE (VOB and HOAI desirable).
• Experience in lighting control and lighting technology.
• Experience in tendering and awarding planning and construction contracts desirable.
• Technical understanding and customer- and solution-oriented thinking.
• Very good command of German, including business German, and good written and spoken English.
• Careful, independent and structured approach to work.
