- Responsible for primary and secondary electrical system design and technical management for large-scale overseas industrial and renewable energy projects, including PV, wind, energy storage, and thermal power projects.
- Review electrical technical solutions and ensure compliance with project requirements, applicable standards, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with design institutes on construction drawing development, design reviews, and technical briefings.
- Review electrical construction drawings and organize drawing reviews, technical clarification meetings, and design coordination sessions.
- Identify and coordinate the resolution of design-related issues with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage electrical technical activities during the construction phase and resolve electrical engineering issues on site.
- Provide technical guidance and supervision for electrical equipment installation, wiring, commissioning, and testing.
- Coordinate with contractors, equipment suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure construction quality meets design and project requirements.
- Coordinate technical interfaces between electrical engineering and other disciplines, including civil, mechanical, and control systems.
- Ensure electrical systems are implemented in accordance with design requirements, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Provide electrical engineering support during key project phases, including project execution, commissioning, and grid connection.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering design or site technical management, preferably with experience in large-scale overseas industrial or renewable energy projects.
- Experience in primary and/or secondary electrical design, equipment installation, commissioning, or site technical management for large-scale PV, wind, energy storage, or thermal power projects.
- Familiarity with applicable electrical and energy storage regulations, standards, and technical specifications in relevant European countries.
- Strong capabilities in electrical system design, site technical management, cross-disciplinary coordination, and problem-solving.
- Fluent in Chinese and English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
- Willing and able to undertake long-term overseas assignments and travel extensively to project sites across Europe.
