HyperStrong, a leading global provider of energy storage system integration and solutions, seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead primary and secondary electrical system design and technical management for large-scale overseas projects across PV, wind, energy storage, and thermal power sectors.

You will review technical solutions, ensure compliance with standards, and coordinate with design institutes and contractors.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering design or site technical management on large-scale overseas projects.
• Experience with primary/secondary electrical design, installation, commissioning, or site management for PV, wind, energy storage, or thermal projects.
• Familiarity with European electrical and energy storage standards and regulations.
• Fluent in Chinese and English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
• Willing to undertake long-term overseas assignments and travel across Europe.

• Review electrical technical solutions and ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
• Coordinate with design institutes on drawings, reviews, and briefings.
• Review electrical construction drawings and organize reviews and design coordination sessions.
• Identify and coordinate resolution of design-related issues with stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance during installation, commissioning, and testing.
• Coordinate interfaces between electrical and other disciplines like civil, mechanical, and control.
• Ensure electrical systems meet design, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Support electrical engineering during project phases including execution, commissioning, and grid connection.

• Responsible for primary and secondary electrical system design and technical management for large-scale overseas industrial and renewable energy projects, including PV, wind, energy storage, and thermal power projects.
• Review electrical technical solutions and ensure compliance with project requirements, applicable standards, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with design institutes on construction drawing development, design reviews, and technical briefings.
• Review electrical construction drawings and organize drawing reviews, technical clarification meetings, and design coordination sessions.
• Identify and coordinate the resolution of design-related issues with relevant stakeholders.
• Manage electrical technical activities during the construction phase and resolve electrical engineering issues on site.
• Provide technical guidance and supervision for electrical equipment installation, wiring, commissioning, and testing.
• Coordinate with contractors, equipment suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure construction quality meets design and project requirements.
• Coordinate technical interfaces between electrical engineering and other disciplines, including civil, mechanical, and control systems.
• Ensure electrical systems are implemented in accordance with design requirements, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Provide electrical engineering support during key project phases, including project execution, commissioning, and grid connection.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering design or site technical management, preferably with experience in large-scale overseas industrial or renewable energy projects.
• Experience in primary and/or secondary electrical design, equipment installation, commissioning, or site technical management for large-scale PV, wind, energy storage, or thermal power projects.
• Familiarity with applicable electrical and energy storage regulations, standards, and technical specifications in relevant European countries.
• Strong capabilities in electrical system design, site technical management, cross-disciplinary coordination, and problem-solving.
• Fluent in Chinese and English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
• Willing and able to undertake long-term overseas assignments and travel extensively to project sites across Europe.
