You will review drawings, construction plans and technical solutions, manage subcontractors, coordinate site activities and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.

Manage civil construction technical activities on overseas projects; review drawings, construction plans and technical solutions, and propose optimizations.

Support project planning and schedule control, monitor construction progress and take corrective actions when required; prepare material demand plans.

Supervise civil construction quality, conduct site inspections and inspections of concealed works, and identify and control construction risks.

Manage civil subcontractors and site activities, coordinate local workers, and oversee site preparation, excavation, temporary facilities and related works.

Coordinate with designers, consultants, contractors and clients, ensuring effective interfaces between civil, mechanical and electrical works.

Manage construction changes, quantity verification, inspections, acceptance and project handover.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.

3+ years of experience in civil construction/project management; overseas project experience is preferred.

Fluent English for professional communication; German is a strong advantage.

Strong site management, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Willingness and ability to travel to project sites across Europe.
