Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced L&D designer to own end-to-end eLearning course development for a B2B SaaS / AI-native product. You will transform SME input into polished, interactive courses and craft engaging on-screen copy.

You will collaborate with SMEs and the customer education team, define learning objectives, storyboard visuals, and build assessments, knowledge checks, and scenario-based activities using Articulate tools and WorkRamp.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years designing and developing eLearning courses.
• Portfolio demonstrating production quality and visual design capability.
• Hands-on experience in audit, advisory, or accounting strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with CPE requirements is a strong plus.
• B2B SaaS or technical product context is nice to have.
• Experience building learning content for an AI-native product is nice to have.
• Comfort producing screen recordings and product screenshots from a live application is nice to have.
• Proficiency in a major authoring tool such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• General LMS experience.
• Strong visual design skills applied to learning.
• Ability to work with subject matter experts, conduct SME interviews, and synthesize documentation.
• Instructional design background sufficient to write learning objectives, build storyboards, and identify content architecture problems.

• Provide constructive feedback on course length, clarity, and learner value.
