MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is expanding its R&D efforts in Frankfurt to address local customer needs and advance electric powertrain development across Europe.

The role targets engineers with strong experience in electric drive systems, gearbox design, and project leadership to drive ambitious automotive projects with international teams. Based in Germany, you will work with a Korean HQ team to develop new concepts, manage timelines, and ensure designs meet mass production requirements while

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering (mechanical preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in electric drive system development.
• Experience in technical leadership of e‑powertrain systems.
• Experience in gearbox/transmission system design.
• Experience with project management tools (Polarion, Jira, Confluence).
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Experience in an Asian company is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Research Electric powertrain development trends in Europe.
• Establish supply chain of motor/reducer components in Europe.
• Manage project timing plan to meet targets.
• Collaborate with Korean project manager at HQ on new EDU concept.
• Review design concepts for mass production, assembly, and drawings.
• Report project progress to Korean HQ program manager.
• Analyze RFQ requirements and suggest compliant design concepts.
• Support motor/gearbox/EDU production sites in Europe.

Your profile

• University degree in engineering (mechanical engineering prefered).
• 5+ years of experience in electric drive system development.
• Experience in technical manager/leader of e-powertrain system.
• Experience in gearbox (transmission) system design.
• Experience in project management tool (Polarion, Jira, confluence, etc.).
• English written and spoken language skills.
• Experience within an Asian company a plus.

Your tasks

• Research Electric powertrain(EV, HEV) development trend in Europe.
• Estalish supply chain of Motor/Reducer and its component in Europe.
• Manage Project timing plan to achieve project target.
• Collaborate with Korean project manager in the headquarter to develop a new concept of EDU.
• Review design concept (in terms of mass production), assembly and part drawings.
• Report the project development progress to Korean HQ program manager.
• Analyze customer requirement (RFQ) and suggest design concept which is comply with the requirement.
• Support motor/gearbox/EDU Production site in Europe.
