Zusammenfassung

GRANDIR in Munich is seeking an enthusiastic early childhood educator to join our bilingual daycare team. You will plan and implement daily routines, introduce children to new cultures, and maintain open communication with parents while supporting a co-construction approach and free play.

We value creativity, strong interpersonal skills, and English proficiency (C1/C2). The role offers a multicultural environment, growth opportunities, internal/external training, and a sponsored German course.

Qualifikationen

• B.A./B.Ed. in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
• Also accepting applications from those who have a degree/certificate in psychology, social work, primary education, or early years care
• Proven working experience with children (preferred)
• An open minded, creative and highly motivated individual with a positive attitude to work following a daily nursery/daycare routine
• Well-developed interpersonal and relationship-building skills. The ability to quickly build rapport, together with excellent communication skills for dealing with colleagues, parents and children
• Excellent English knowledge (Level C1/C2) required

• Exposing the children to other cultures and target language
• Regular communication with parents and fostering of positive relationships with them
• Work according to the co-construction approach and implementation of free play
• Working according to the bilingual concept: One person, one language
• Planning and implementation of projects and educational activities
• Implementation of the acclimatization phase for new children
• Active participation in team meetings (your own group and as well as in the larger team)
