Infanterix is seeking a motivated early childhood educator to plan and implement a nurturing daily routine for a bilingual group. The role emphasizes creative child engagement, cultural exposure, and strong collaboration with parents and colleagues in a supportive multilingual environment.

You will contribute to projects, acclimatization for new children, and ongoing professional development while maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom culture.

Qualifikationen

• Education in early childhood education or equivalent is required.
• Other degrees in psychology, social work, primary education, or early years care are accepted.
• Experience with children is preferred.
• Strong communication with colleagues, parents, and children is essential.
• Fluent English (C1/C2) is required.

• Plan and implement the group’s daily routine and childcare activities.
• Expose children to other cultures and target language.
• Maintain regular communication with parents and foster positive relationships.
• Work according to co-construction and free play approaches.
• Follow the bilingual concept: One person, one language.
• Plan and implement projects and educational activities.
• Manage acclimatization for new children.
• Participate actively in team meetings within the group and larger team.

What you bring with you

• B.A./B.Ed. in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
• Also accepting applications from those who have a degree/certificate in psychology, social work, primary education, or early years care
• Proven working experience with children (preferred)
• An open minded, creative and highly motivated individual with a positive attitude to work following a daily nursery/daycare routine
• Well-developed interpersonal and relationship-building skills. The ability to quickly build rapport, together with excellent communication skills for dealing with colleagues, parents and children
• Excellent English knowledge (Level C1/C2) required
