Wichtel Akademie München GmbH invites applications for an English Educator (mfx) to join our childcare team in Munich. You will implement our modern pedagogical concept, design child-centered projects, and guide children in discovering nature while maintaining open communication with parents and collaborating with families and colleagues.

Qualifikationen

• English Educator with a recognized professional qualification as a childcare worker.
• Perfect or very good command of the English language.

What you need as an English Educator (mfx)

• You are an English Educator (mfx) with a recognized professional qualification as an childcare worker
• You have a perfect or very good command of the English language
• You have at least a B1 level in German and are interested in improving your German language skills
• You are enthusiastic about working with children and have a high level of empathy and professional experience working with children aged 6 months to 6 years.
• You are sensitive to issues such as well-being, sustainability, and cultural diversity
• You are familiar with theories and practices of child development and early childhood education
• You have strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with children, families, and teams
