Wichtel Akademie München GmbH in Munich seeks an English Educator (mfx) to implement our modern pedagogy and develop it with the management team. You will design projects based on child-centered teaching and collaborate with children to explore nature.

You will engage with parents, fostering open communication and a strong partnership. Fluency in English is required, German at least level B1 with a willingness to improve.

Qualifikationen

• You are an English Educator (mfx) with a recognized professional qualification as an childcare worker.
• You have a perfect or very good command of the English language.
• You have at least a B1 level in German and are interested in improving your German language skills.
• You are enthusiastic about working with children and have empathy and experience with children aged 6 months to 6 years.
• You are sensitive to well-being, sustainability, and cultural diversity.
• You are familiar with theories and practices of child development and early childhood education.
• You have strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with children, families, and teams.
