Zusammenfassung

Wichtel Akademie München GmbH in Munich is seeking an English Educator to implement our modern pedagogical concept and develop child-centered projects for ages 6 months to 6 years. You will guide learning experiences, support nature-based activities, and collaborate with families and our management team.

You should hold a BA in early childhood education (MA or certificates are a plus), have excellent English, and be open to improving German.

Qualifikationen

• You are an English Educator with a recognized professional qualification as an educator (at least BA in early childhood education; MA, diplomas or certificates are an advantage).
• You have a perfect or very good command of the English language.
• You have at least a B1 level in German and are interested in improving your German language skills.
• You are enthusiastic about working with children aged 6 months to 6 years and value well-being, sustainability, and cultural diversity.

Aufgaben

• You will implement our modern pedagogical concept in our facilities and participate in the further development of the concept with our management team.
• You will independently design projects based on our child-centered pedagogy and implement them with the children.
• You accompany the children as they discover nature, helping them to feel comfortable and develop an awareness of the environment.
• You communicate openly and confidently with parents and work in partnership with them.

• You are enthusiastic about working with children and have a high level of empathy and professional experience working with children aged 6 months to 6 years.
• You are sensitive to issues such as well-being, sustainability, and cultural diversity
• You are familiar with theories and practices of child development and early childhood education
• You have strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with children, families, and teams
