To further support our team in our various daycare centers, we are looking for motivated English Educators (m/f/d) who will bring our bilingual concept to life.

What we expect

• An English educator with a recognized professional qualification as an educator (at least BA in Early Childhood Education; MA, diplomas or certificates are an advantage)
• Perfect or very good proficiency in the English language
• German language skills at least at A2 level and a strongly developed interest in learning the German language
• Professional experiences in working with groups of toddlers and children from 3 to 6 years of age
• Passion for working with children and interest in child care and education
• Familiarity with theories and practices of child development and early childhood education
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

What you can expect

• You will be responsible for implementing our modern pedagogical concept in our facilities and participating in the further development of the concept together with our management team
• You will develop projects based on our pedagogical principles and implement them together with the children.
• You accompany the children in their development and support them specifically in their individual needs
• You communicate openly and professionally with our parents and create a cooperative partnership to support the child's development
