GRANDIR is seeking an enthusiastic early childhood educator to join a multicultural team in Munich. You will plan daily routines, expose children to diverse cultures and languages, and maintain open communication with parents.

The role emphasizes co-construction and free play within a bilingual framework (one person, one language). Your background may include a degree in ECCE or related fields, with preference for childcare experience and strong English skills.

Qualifications

• B.A./B.Ed. in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Also accepting applications from those who have a degree/certificate in psychology, social work, primary education, or early years care.
• Proven working experience with children (preferred).
• Open minded, creative and highly motivated with a positive attitude to work following a daily nursery/daycare routine.
• Excellent English knowledge (Level C1/C2) required.

Responsabilités

• Plan and implement the group's daily routine and childcare care activities.
• Expose the children to other cultures and target language.
• Regular communication with parents and fostering of positive relationships with them.
• Work according to the co-construction approach and implementation of free play.
• Working according to the bilingual concept: One person, one language.
• Planning and implementation of projects and educational activities.
• Implementation of the acclimatization phase for new children.
• Active participation in team meetings (your own group and as well as in the larger team)
