Zusammenfassung

Personio in Ingolstadt is seeking an enthusiastic educator to join our bilingual early childhood team. You will plan and implement daily routines, expose children to other cultures and language, and communicate regularly with parents to build strong relationships.

Working with a co-construction approach, you will support free play, develop projects, and guide acclimatization for new children. Growth and professional development opportunities are offered within a supportive team.

Qualifikationen

• B.A./B.Ed. in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Also accepting degrees in psychology, social work, primary education or early years care.
• Proven working experience with children (preferred).
• Excellent English knowledge (C1/C2) required.

Aufgaben

• Plan and implement the group's daily routine and childcare activities.
• Expose children to other cultures and target language.
• Regular communication with parents and foster positive relationships.
• Work according to the co-construction approach and free play.
• Follow the bilingual concept: One person, one language.

What you bring with you

• B.A./B.Ed. in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
• Also accepting applications from those who have a degree/certificate in psychology, social work, primary education, or early years care
• Proven working experience with children (preferred)
• An open minded, creative and highly motivated individual with a positive attitude to work following a daily nursery/daycare routine
• Well-developed interpersonal and relationship-building skills. The ability to quickly build rapport, together with excellent communication skills for dealing with colleagues, parents and children
• Excellent English knowledge (Level C1/C2) required
