Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service in Dutch for inquiries related to the real estate market.
  • Assist clients with property listings, scheduling viewings, and answering questions about the buying/selling process.
  • Facilitate communication between buyers and sellers, ensuring all parties are informed.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with real estate agents and other departments to support client needs.
  • Stay informed about market trends and changes to provide informed assistance.
Qualifications
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to effectively multitask and manage various client inquiries.
  • Familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
