• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• Extensive experience leading SAP orgs, Competence Centers, or large ERP teams internationally.
• Deep expertise in SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA with strong Finance/Controlling knowledge.
• Proven record delivering transformation, cloud migration, or large ERP programs on time/budget.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management with C-level collaboration.
• Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Oversee the end-to-end SAP landscape, including Finance, Controlling, Sales, Treasury, Asset Accounting, and related integrations.
• Enable new business capabilities, market expansion, and product innovation through ERP adaptations and enhancements.
• Manage internal teams, external partners, and vendors while ensuring governance, quality, budget adherence, and successful project delivery.

The Successful Applicant

• Ideally Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Extensive experience leading SAP organizations, Competence Centers, or large ERP delivery teams in an international environment.
• Deep expertise in SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA, with strong knowledge of Finance and Controlling processes.
• Proven success delivering complex transformation, implementation, or cloud migration programs on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels, including C-level.
• Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, combined with a hands-on and results-driven mindset.
