Qualifications

• Completed degree in business administration or( business) information technology.
• Extensive SAP experience, including project management and implementation across S4 HANA, SD, MM, PP, FI/CO, and related modules.
• Proven leadership and client engagement skills; able to manage project teams and deliver value.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement SAP strategies aligned with client goals.
• Engage with clients as trusted SAP advisor and align stakeholders.

Your Role

• Leadership: Lead and manage SAP project teams, ensuring successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
• Strategy: Develop and implement SAP strategies that align with business goals and customer needs.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their SAP needs.
• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Team Development: Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Innovation: Drive innovation by integrating the latest SAP technologies and best practices into projects.

Your Skills

• Educational Foundation: Completed degree in business administration, (business) information technology, or a comparable qualification/training.
• SAP Expertise: Extensive experience with SAP solutions, including project management and implementation, in any of the following areas: S4 HANA, SD, MM, PP, FI, CO, DMC, EWM, TM, GTS, LE, PLM, ALM, IBP, BTP, CPI, ABAP, CX.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage project teams effectively.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and implement SAP strategies that drive business value.
• Client Focus: Strong client engagement skills, with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships.
• Project Management: Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
• Innovation: Passion for innovation and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Presentation: Ability to present to clients in both German (C1) and English (fluent)
