Strat-Bridge is expanding its Insurance practice in Germany and seeks a Director-level specialist with deep sector knowledge and strategy consulting experience.

In this role, you will originate and lead engagements, manage senior client relationships, and help shape the firm’s market proposition while collaborating with C-suite executives across the insurance ecosystem.

Qualifikationen

• Director-level experience in a recognised strategy consulting environment.
• Deep Insurance sector expertise, ideally within P&C or General Insurance, life insurance, embedded insurance, distribution or insurance ecosystems.
• Existing senior client relationships and strong market credibility within the German insurance sector.
• Proven record of personally originating and leading strategy consulting engagements.

Strat-Bridge is partnered with a leading global strategy consultancy as it invests in the continued growth of its Insurance practice in Germany.

This is a Director-level practice-building opportunity for an insurance specialist who combines deep sector knowledge with strategy consulting experience, established client relationships and a strong record of originating work.

Working closely with C-suite executives, you will help insurers address strategic priorities across Property & Casualty and General Insurance, life insurance, embedded insurance, distribution innovation and digital ecosystems. You will also play a central role in developing the firm’s market proposition, expanding senior client relationships and shaping the future direction of the practice.

• Director-level experience gained within a recognised strategy consulting environment
• Deep Insurance sector expertise, ideally within P&C or General Insurance, life insurance, embedded insurance, distribution or insurance ecosystems

• A proven record of personally originating and leading strategy consulting engagements
