You will lead transformation programmes at the forefront of change, working with C-suite executives to shape growth strategy, operating model transformation, digitization, banking modernization, AI adoption, and cost/efficiency topics for leading financial institutions in Germany.

Qualifikationen

• Director-level background from a top-tier consulting environment.
• Track record of developing senior client relationships and originating consulting opportunities.
• Proven credibility in advising C-level executives.
• Financial Services industry expertise, preferably within Retail or Corporate Banking, Payments, or Asset & Wealth management.
• German speaker
