Freudenberg is seeking a senior IT Service Management leader to drive the ITSM organization and deliver a holistic framework for Corporate IT across provisioning, monitoring, and control of services.

You will design ITIL-based processes, manage external providers, and align IT services with business needs, ensuring robust governance and a measurable service portfolio.

Qualificações

• Degree in computer science or comparable proven job-experience.
• 10+ years experience in IT Service Management (internal/external).
• Experience in design and implementing ITIL process frameworks in organization and deep understanding of IT Service Management processes and identity management/authorization management and software asset management.
• Strong Leadership experience and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Negotiation skills / management of external providers.
