• Successfully completed qualification as a Mechanical Engineering Technician (f/m/d), Master Craftsman (f/m/d), or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Strong technical understanding, particularly in interpreting technical drawings and manufacturing processes.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken; fluent German language skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook. Practical SAP experience, preferably in the PP, MM, WM, and CS modules. Understanding of production planning, control processes, and REFA methodologies.
